Overhead Door : Lead Technician

Pro-Door & Dock Systems is currently looking for full time permanent Lead Hand Technician for our Service Department. If you are a Lead Hand with experience or Junior Mechanic looking to be a Lead Hand, give us a call in to discuss your potential with Pro-Door & Dock Systems.

Requirements:

  • A clean drivers license
  • Enjoy troubleshooting various types of mechanical doors and docks
  • Able to work independently and with other people as a team
  • Ability to work at heights

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Overhead Door & Dock industry
  • Welding experience would be an asset
  • Electrical experience would be an asset
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiar with using a ladder safely
  • Enjoy troubleshooting various types of mechanical doors and docks
  • Able to work well with other people as a team
  • Able to work safely and follow any and all safety rules at client sites

Qualifications:

  • General Labour experience would be an asset
